As said before its a petrol 4.0 V6 engine, a Ford unit, not the PSA 2.7 V6 diesel nor the 4.4 AJ V8 derived from the Jaguar 4.2 unit.
I think I saw around 11 sec. from 0-100 which for a car this heavy is quite decent. The V8 will do it around 3-4 secs faster, but it's a gas guzzler.

for a 2.7 diesel in a vehicle weighing 2 ton plus its not too bad....and its an automatic.
this is why they made the tdv8.

well will all u wankers learn that not every car is designed or has to have 0-60 into its 4 secs and a top speed of 180mph.
