Raquel Tinoco

Raquel has held a passion for dance and music since she was 3 years old. In
addition to Belly Dance Raquel studies and practices other forms of dance such as salsa, hip hop, jazz and ballet. This diverse background has given Raquel a style that is uniquely hers and a great command of movement and wisdom of dance that comes to life.

Raquel has been traveling all over the country to professional trainings (Brooke Lipton (Glee, Britney Spears), Rosero McCoy (Camp Rock 2), David Moore (Hannah Montana, American Idol, Step Up 3D), Lane Napper (iCarly), Miquel Zarate (Miley Cyrus), Jamie Goodwin (High School Musical 3), and Jason Glover (Glee.)

Since she was 8 yrs. old she choreographed some of her dances for
competitions. Raquel is the assistant for her teacher at Cape Cod Hip Hop & Jazz, where she helps with the instructions to the kids under 7 years old.

Raquel received an AIM Broadway invitation to perform in New York on May
29, 2011.

She has received dance scholarships in New Jersey, New York, Boston and
Tampa-FL.
