Well, although I saw the Greek words, I only now realized they were not printed but written by hand... Great observation Margo.
Branwell too used to write Mrs Robinson's maiden name, Lydia Gibsborn as Λυδια Γισβορνε.
Also one of Charlotte's fictitious writer names in Angria was Charles Thunder, because she realized that Bronte actually sounded as the Greek word Βροντή (thunder). Impressive, huh?
