I think I wasn't too clear about this and it may lead to some confusion.
What the dictionary means by saying it doesn't denote a delay, it is saying that in certain cases, the word 'thumma" does not have anything to do with time. This would be clear from reading the example given in the Lexicon. AND as a CHALLENGE to muslims, find me an example from lane's lexicon that uses 'Fa' or 'Thumma' to mean "simultaneously",

you claim that bone (izam) forms before flesh (lahm), but bone can be a flexible term and can even mean cartilage and precursors to it. Flesh on the other hand can only mean the well developed muscle that forms after cartilage formations ! Is this your argument ?

PZ would take this knowledge further to make comparisons with other organismas and understand the evolutionary history.

Simply stating some of the processes that happen later in the embryo's development does not in anyway help your woowoo argument or muhammad's imaginary scientific information

These are not new meanings to the words, the classical arabic words are far older than the ones used by certain scientists, as well as those words been developing far earlier than greek or latin terms. The muscle precursor and the cartilage precursor were the same thing. The quran has it's own TM terms and understanding of terms as well as linguistic principles.

@captaindisguise Well it's a mistaken claim to understand Nutfat as only ejaculated sperm... because even the ovum is ejaculated. But in that verse, it's feminine form. Not masculine, it cannot be referring to sperm. Salatin min tiyn, can only be a reference to the semen. First we were like an "essence" of "clay" (as it is translated but a better look at the root will explain what it's saying), then we are like a feminine nutfat, droplet as it trickles through the tubes etc etc.
