This is my most favorite all time movie scene. Its from a movie called the city of lost children. the whole movie is great, but scene is phenomenal to me.

I must say, I felt really sorry for Krank. I mean, how much of an "evil" genius was he? He was created to suit his master's ego, he had no chance of EVER dreaming in his entire life, and, even though he seems psychotic, he never hurts a single one of the children. He really is more of sad, lost soul, a pragmatic scientist who has lost his ability to hope.

I would have given him a second chance, at least... He shouldn't have died.

What a Bizarre way to go-- Being bound in rope as tight as possible from toe to neck, while balancing at the end of a long plank above the deep cold water. A large basket of fish and guts anchor the other end of the long plank. As the hungry seagulls consume more and more fish from the basket, the balance of weight shifts to the heavy end, threatening to drown the victim. The victim can't move, if he falls into the water, there is no way to swim. He becomes Lunch for the Fishies!

I like but my best scene of

all time is when she meets Kranks and tranforms in his dream. That one is transcendingly magical.
