@Jaket2000 it's based off of several cities, but primarily NYC.

I been to Electric City...... Its in central part of Eastern Washington out on Lake Roosevelt. Named for the landmark its nearest to the Grand Coulee Dam. So is Paradigm city in Tacoma or Seattle or something along those lines then?
