good luck bro i been there twice and its probably one of the worst army instalations, its boring and dudes out number females like 20 to 1 or 1/2 but if u manage to get out that hell whole theres some pretty good places in the nearby cities but good luck!!! and by the way germans dont like americans so prepare to fight.

hey there...how do you do in hohenfels? wow, its about 10 min. away from my hometown ;) lots of american live there ...and they have to go to work to hohenfels...come to the bakers. i work there ;DD
have a good time in bavaria...maybe you will learn some german and "bayrisch" ;D hehe

Spent 3 years there Bro. Learn the German! Burglengenfeld is a cool town down the road a ways. Good clubs back in the day (90-93)
