basic combo means like u can do it in any kind of situation. expert combos(act2) are things u can only do it in certain condition

The input is f,N,d/f+4. There is a very slight delay when you input d/f+4. However if you delay to long or input to fast for d/f+4, it'll just show just d/f+4 a mid kick. If you do not press 4 together with d/f, it'll most likely read your input as f,N, 4 which will make your Hwoarang end up in Right Flamingo Stance. It's about proper input not fast, hope this helps. Like andrewjax said though, tons of practice.
