i bought a broken NES off ebay, opened it up, cleaned it out, and got it working again. it will soon have a custom paint job when assembled again

I'm having a different issue I have a permanent grey screen what should I do? I tried moving the pins a bit up and stuff..

grey huh? i never seen that before.

id take the pin connector over to the sink and toothbrush the connectors with some dish ditergent. and also make sure your games are clean. and if that dont work get a brand new connector off ebay. usually around $7 shipped
