We often get asked "Which camera is the best for shooting video for my business?" The answer, which I'm sure you've hear is, "Whichever one you're going to use!" With that being said, the title of this blog post might be a bit misleading.

A few weeks ago we did a four part series on the health of the real estate industry. It was extremely well received. You should know though that the Top or Best app is similar to the camera, it's the one you're going to use. That being said here are the best apps we've found for tracking your fitness and nutrition goals.


The first app up is called Endomondo. Endomondo is touted as a sport based community that uses a free GPS app to track your running, cycling, walking, etc. The community feel comes from the fact that these actions are tracked and logged online.

All of this data is available for you to evaluate and monitor your progress over time. The community aspect comes into play because you can gauge your data against friends or the entire community. This helps to keep you motivated and provide support.

The tagline alone explains why we love this app: Track your workouts. Challenge your friends. Analyze your training.

We've talked about the importance of nutrition before and study after study has confirmed the benefits of tracking your food in conjunction with what you eat. It's pretty simple, the more consistent you are about tracking your intake, the more likely you're to lose weight.

This is the best app we've found for keeping a food diary and activity log. Using this app you can track your weight lose goals and see detailed reports of all your progress. Studies show that 80% of weight lose comes from nutrition, that makes this one of the best app you can use.
