I'm not arguing about anyone being more correct than the other, just that both Apple and Samsung lawyers are "unacquainted" with technolgy in general. But really, some of these claims both Apple and Samsung make regarding patents are just ridiculous.

Well the samsung galaxy s 1 looked rather similar to older iPhones as there wasn't even that many smartphones even out yet. I think Apple won it because it was proven that Samsung tried to copy Apples design. Blaim the those who gave Apple the patents.

Also many people returned galaxy tabs because they thought they were iPads at first. That's ridiculous but still.

I don't side Apple with this but I wouldn't say it's justified to hate Apple because of the lawsuit.

Fanboy? I don't even own an Apple product and I chose to put 450e and 1000e for other manufacturers phone and laptop.

Stealing ideas is different than competition, every single company takes ideas and stuff from other companies. Did you see the Samsung papers during the lawsuit? They clearly state that they tried purposely to copy iOS.

And again every single electronic manufactures gets some of it's parts from factories that aren't that worker friendly. You can't name one that doesn't.

Look at your writing... Any tech journalist or guy who knows what he is talking about says the exact opposite. I owned two iPhones but I now use android and won't ever change back. Still the iPhones hardware is so much ahead of many other manufacturers and iOS is good no matter how much you don't like it. It's light to run etc..

I dislike Apple for many reasons. No just because they make shit hard and soft ware, not just because they sue everything that moves, and not just because they market themselves as better than everyone, morally, stylishly and cultural.

I Don't just think that Apple is one of the most evil company around because it has workers in terrible condition's and steals other peoples ideas, and you can only 'rent' movies and music form them.

I hate them for all these reasons.

Apple can't be justified.

You can dislike a company for it's actions but many dislike apple only because it doesn't make the right products for them. And the only controversial thing you may dislike apple is because of the suing, which is very common.
