  • hey bro i was j/w if u have used it and if it gets u thru a platue ive been stuck at 225 and now am loosing strangth and where it says would u light like $300 worth of ebooks or $600 worth of gifts or 300lbs what dose that mean 300lbs well please post back on hear it would help alot thanx

    Yes, this program works, i have used it in the past with great success. The beauty of a program like this is once you learn it, you have a tool for life.

    You can also use the principle's discussed to attack other body parts as well.

    The other nive thing about it is it is tailored to your needs. You simply base all percentages off YOUR current strength. Kind of take's the cookie cutter aspect that you find in most magazines out of it.

    The bonuses are nice too, kind adds a bit more value to your purchase and will also expose you to some other training principles that will help you along.

    Really the only negative press I have seen online, or offline from local gym monkeys is from people who tried it for a week or two then stopped because they lacked the focus necessary to attain a goal, or they plugged in to high numbers to realistically get.
