Well I have an illness and I have had a wish granted. To be frank, I laughed so hard.
It's called Tragic Comedy. Disabilities can be make fun of just as any race or gender. We all know we laugh at ourselves.

From a medical student perspective, I think this isn't funny at all. There are many dying children out there and you really shouldn't laugh about this issue.

You're right, let's handle these individuals with these diseases with kid gloves and never laugh about anything.
We played this sketch to a full room at the Muscular Dystrophy camp we volunteer at every year and no one was offended.
But thanks for the medical perspective.
