i wonder if you could build your own mega flow system using a transmission oil cooler with fan from the auto store,some rubber line,(preferably the ones from the hardware store made for sinks cause they have built in gaskets and quick connects or perhaps medical tubing with Heplocks ),then all you have to do is figure out a way of plumbing it into a water block.

io brackets a bad idea..id hog the hole in it out with a unibit and then install a automotive grommet for protection.
