Their snore relief strips are dangerous. I nearly chocked to death on one. I was using them for a while and each time I put one on the back of my tongue or even on the front it would imediatly get stuck to the roof of my mouth where it would take too long to disolve. Once one got stuck to the back of my tongue where it was supposed to be but I kept gaging on it. I tried their snore spray but a bottle doesn't last that long. I now use the Rite Aid version and their bottle lasts for months.

They say to wash your nose with soap and water to get that gummy stuff off but I find that I need to use something like SeaBreaze and still there is goop stuck on my nose. Also after using Breathe Right for 2+ weeks I noticed that it's stretching out my nose. At first it would go away after an hour in the morning, but now it seems to be permantantly widening my nose by pulling on the skin all night.
