What makes these exercise so effective is the way brisk warm-up, muscle conditionning workout, and targeted cool-down all work together toward the same realistic goal: to safely trim outer and inner thighs and firm and tone the butt.

  • To do these exercises properly without coming across hip/sacro problems, I would advise one to follow a more pilates based routine.
