  • Without that foundation in place, your road to recovery will likely not be successful. However, if you are ready and willing to take a hard at yourself and your addictive behaviors and take the steps necessary to overcome them, recovery is possible.

  • @MichaelBKeels Yes, the first hurdle to overcome is the fear the addict has that he will yet fail again. Every addict that does our program, without exception, has tried to quit either alone or through other programs and has always relapsed. Getting them to take this hard look and face the fact they are ruining their lives is the first big hurdle. After that, it is getting them to believe in themselves again that they can make it through. Getting them through this step takes massive dedication.

  • The earlier the better but until the person has made the decision they want off it is a challege getting through to them. Even for our experts

  • Yes, the time in the sauna can be quite a while but as it is set at low heat and you do have company and games to pass the time the time goes quite fast.

  • FAQ Series 3 discusses the "disease" proposition. It should be up within the next few days. You are correct, The person isn't sick in a medical sense. Although they are certainly sick of drugs. Unless what was going in their life at the time they got into using there can be no long term freedom and personal relief from the fear that they will somehow lose control and get hooked again.

  • Isn't that the truth.

  • Spending time that is not important oh I really hated that much.I agree that spending time in sauna to get your body perspiring

so that it will sweat the drugs out from the body of a person.I know it is hard but try to recover.

  • If you or a loved one is one of these individuals, then this piece is intended for you. This is not the period to lose optimism or assume that there is no solution given the fact that you've tried your best to quit drug abuse. There is always a Recovery..Great video..!
