Mark, you can get a full version demo but you will need to have a dongle for that. Regarding Bonjour, yes, it's needed as the software is working over the network together with the SampleGrabber, it's one of the main features of the Pure Analyzer System. You should de-install the demo through control panel->add/remove programs, and it should be de-installed too.

Ok so I'm on the Flux website. I see the different versions of the plugin available. It looks like the "essential" version would be the one for me. But it is unclear which version includes all the functions listed in the video (all the small sub windows shown in the video).

Also, as this is standalone I imagine audio from iTunes (or other source) can be routed to the analyzer?

The video contains parts from Essential and from the three add on modules, check the product pages to see full content of Essential and each add on .... (Essential is required for running the add-ons).

And yes, its a stand alone app supporting asio and core audio AND we ship it with the SampleGrabber plugin that is a normal plugin which sends the audio content from your DAW over network to the Pure Analyzer application.

i did uninstall it, but bonjour wasn't removed. bonjour is a crappy piece of malware, and its a shame you don't do a version of your plugins without it. whatever happened to just a normal vst? i don't care about a network, my DAW isn't even connected to a network. i want to make music, not send files.

i also mentioned the fact that we're supposed to use a dongle for these plugins! thats a whole usb port taken up for an analyzer. not very impressed really, i won't be using a dongle as i don't agree with cluttering up my system. all dongle software gets cracked regardless, so it just punishes your customers. my usb is exclusively for my audio interface and midi controller, i run only the services i require for music.

@FluxPlugins hi i don't need any help thanks. i just wanted to try a demo of these plugins, without a nag screen popping up every time i touch anything. it would have been nice to enjoy them for a few hours to get a feel for them. i also don't understand why i have to have a permanent service running on my system, even when i'm not using these plugins. i refuse to install any apple spyware just to use an analyzer.

these plugins are absolute garbage - i downloaded the demo and it made me install additional startup processes. thats a big no no for me. the apple bonjour service was installed, and when i took the plugins off my system, it was still there! i emailed flux plugins about it, to which i got no reply. the demo was also rubbish, a nag screen popped up every 5 seconds or so, which made the demo pretty much unusable.

The video effects were cool to look at .. but all the features I should be learning about zipped by in 8 seconds; would have been better if spread over the length of the video.
