North Korea Threatens to Cut South Ties

In the latest news of North Korea's deteriorating relationship with the South... yesterday the communist state threatened to end all relations with South Korea. The move seems to come out of anger at the hard-line policies of the new South Korean president.


STORY:
The move by North Korea to cut of relations with South Korea could be disastrous—right now the South is a major source of aid and cash.

The North's communist
 party newspaper wrote a commentary threatening to cut off relations with the South.

The state media regularly hurls insults at South Korean president Lee
 Myung-bak, but this latest
commentary was similar to a warning issued in April right before the North expelled South Korean officials
 from a joint factory park.


A South Korean Unification Ministry spokesman played down the 
controversy.


[Kim Ho-nyeon, S. Korean Unification Spokesman]:
"It is an in direct expression of the North's various grievances.
We will watch how it develops. We have not changed our decision 
to improve relations through North-South dialogues."

This comes just days after North Korea pledged to resume taking apart
 a nuclear plant that makes bomb-grade plutonium. They agreed to return to the disarmament
 deal only after the United States took North Korea off its terrorism blacklist and removed
 some trade sanctions

Systems have to be combined, brainwashed people have be taught to live in a open society and most important they have to be taught to think. Nor the north can take over the south without bankruping itself, nor the south can take over the north. The North has too much dept and the south is too rich and too advanced. Look at Germany, we've paid a big price at reunification. In Germany, the time was right, 1990....

do not trust the chin , jap, and the slavics up north. learn your history. china has always tried to control korea this is why even in south korea there is no china town. koreans would not permit it.
