I discovered alan Bartram's singing when I saw the traveling McCoury's. He is truly awesome! Great tone and phrasing, reminds me a bit of Russell Moore from Third Tyme Out. They were playing with Tony Rice and hearing him sing Tony's standards was a real treat, second best to hearing Tony sing again!
I have only a short video of him singing Old Train, cos the batteries on my camera died! :( I'll try and upload it though...
Good singer and I love this song. Red Allen is looking down from Heaven above and smiling!
