This cog is a true copy of a cog wreck discovered in1991 near Skanor in SW Sweden. The cog ships were common in the Hansa trade from the end of the 10th century through several hundre years. This cog is open for sail tours during the summer from its home port Malmo - Elbogen in old times. Hence its name the "Twekamp af Elbogen".

  • @Skumpaj

    Yeah, it´s a shame ... :-(

  • What a shame that the the liferafts isnt kept in the middle of the ship, it looks like shit.

  • The Bremen cog copies could show the same appearance including an impressive forecastle if the german archeologists wouldn´s have totally misunderstood their famous cog wreck :-(

  • it s a very good ship , looking for this type of ships for film shooting , can you help us.
