@ScientificExploits Well whether GOD exist or not is immaterial. What does exist is a broken legal system, cover-ups and and companies that act irresponsibly. Both BNSF and Metrolink knew these engineers had practices would lead to these wrecks and did nothing. The fact that the electronic braking system was not installed in the 6 years in between the wrecks tells me life means nothing to these people, only the bottom dollar. God has nothing to do with any of that.

I dont even know anymore what was worse the wreck or the court proceedings afterward. It was degrading, humiliating and I was made to feel like a criminal. One of the recommendations after the Placentia wreck was to install a computerized braking system that may keep something like this from happening, to my knowledge that has not been installed. I really pray for the people in this crash because I hope no-one ends up in the h3ll I have found myself in.

I have to tell you I feel for these people, no way this wreck should have happened. I was in the wreck in Placentia, Ca. I kept telling so called professionals that it would happen again and worse and was called delusional. That wreck tore my life apart and almost 10 years later I am still trying to put things back together. Savings, Retirement, health family all gone.
