Truly an international collaboration, with stills by Swiss Christian Frei from his documentary film; reading and poem by New Zealander Stephen Oliver; music by Australian Matt Ottley; film by David P Reiter.

  • Esta es una prueba más de lo lamentable que resulta en algunos casos el fanatismo religioso enfermo, mezclado con la suprema ignorancia, la falta de cultura de la gente, de la cual se aprovechan los lideres para obtener fidelidad incondicional, tristemente subsisten focos de irracionalidad como estos, en el mundo

  • I see good points pro and con in their rebuilding. Economically it would be good. Work for the region and tourism too. Not building would be cool too. The empty niches are indeed a poignant reminder as the lady had said. Also, the earliest art works in Buddhism weren't even OF him at all. Just things that were evocative of him. Carvings of bare feet, a parasol, AN EMPTY THRONE. So, why not an empty niche. I'm just sayin'.
