I am the woman in the video. I was "over riding" my 89 Honda GB 500 cafe bike. On impact, I went numb from the chest down. My thoughts were "I am going to be a para..." "Strangeworld"- words can not convey the depth of my gratitude. The warmth of your hand was my lifeline, my comfort, and my hope. I continue to ride solo in the canyons again, but on a "modern bike" SV 650-with dual disc brakes :))))

@59battleaxe / Good for you for still riding...... In '07 I crashed too and it was one heck of a ride in several different ways. When ever I come across info like this, I ALWAYS have to give a shout out. Usually it's face to face whether at a motorcycle event or what have you......Life is good and God is great!!

@59battleaxe & strangeworld01 . Thank you for sharing - and I'm SO glad you're ok. Having been in a wreck last summer that should have been fatal while riding by myself - it was more than a little hard to watch this. At the same time, it's a good reminder of what's truly important in life. I too am very grateful for the people who stopped and emergency services.
