8/4/10 - As more first time home buyers enter the market after the $8,000 tax credit 'hangover', buyers need to be aware of possible appraisal issues that can arise due to the slow market. Remember, residential real estate appraisals are highly subjective, there is no exact science to them. Take one property and give it to three appraisers (or real estate agents) and you'll get three different results.
