I really like this video. Sound is beautiful and goes really well with the demonstration. The desktop is also really smooth and sleek. Plus I have the same hardware as you. Skydome is really nice too. Good work ;)

Nice screencast. I just started using Beryl with Kiba-dock on Edgy in the last week or so and love the direction it's going.

Could you provide more information on the computer this was tested on - specifically the video card.

Pentium M 2.0 Ghz
1 GB DDR2 Ram
ATI Mobility Radeon X700 256MB
ATI's proprietary fglrx driver

pretty fast system, but I also got it running on my Geforce 3 ti 200 64MB and with AIGLX on my Mobility Radeon 7500 32MB, so you don't need a hypermodern system... High quality blur (FBO blur) requires a fast graphics card though (Geforce FX (5) at least)

Anyway :) I hope you're enjoying beryl (and ubuntu) as much as I do.
