Paul is one of my ALL TIME favorite singers of all genres. That saying a lot from a native Texas country boy! I love blues, C & W, classic rock, &jazz. But until I watched Paul in 2007 stun all of us I *hated* opera. Those days are gone forever - opera has a beauty no other music does & it took Paul Potts to make me realize it. I'm one of those guys who isn't impressed by fame & fortune. I wouldn't waste my time meeting a music/sports/Hollywood "star" but I'd love to meet Paul & Julz.

@balsero17 I found the CD "Paul Potts One Chance" and am listening to it right now! I am amazed that he wasn't discovered sooner. I love his voice. He can give Andrea Bocelli a run for the money, and Andrea is my favorite crossover artist! All the naysayers can kiss me where the sun doesn't shine!

Paul is not Pavarotti, but a fantastic singer. If I find a a CD on Amazon I will definitely buy it! And for those of you talking about his teeth....give it a rest!!! I am very happy that Paul is making his way!

Paul is a very rare talent. He is a working mans opera singer. There is nothing fancy or flashy, just raw emotion.
And his voice is more like an Irish tenor then a trained Italian opera tenor. But he sings from the heart. Just an amazing voice. Singers like Paul do not come around very often.
