  • I dont believe they only work 3 hours a day. I have been doing this for 2 years full time, made 200k last year and I work on an average 65 hours per week. I dont believe any of these people work 3 hours a day. You cant get much done working that small amount of time.

  • I understand your point. Most investors are in the same situation that you are. Many of them work far longer than you and make much less. The thing that they haven't learned is how to automate and outsource a large portion of their work. This is how a CEO runs a multimillion dollar business - by not doing it all themselves. It's not difficult to learn, you just need to reframe the way you are looking at the problem. I hope that helps.

    Best Wishes, Joe Crump

  • im not smart (kind of retarded ) no realy but im here in terre haute and met a guy that was seelling me so property he told my about you joe my question is can i do it i realy want to

  • The guy is believable to me. I think you can make enough to survive quite nicely working effectively for about 3 hours per day.

I do wholesale deals, lease options, subject-to deals, and other creative financing. Really, I've done just about everything if it makes sense, solves a problem for someone, and gets me to a payday.

What is best? That depends. Everything works, if you do. Find what you enjoy, and do it.

And you can dial it up or down to suit your lifestyle needs.
