  • 'think fiat 500 small'

doesn't he mean...think toyota IQ small?

  • @AudiABTr8

These are FACTS. Most Lexus fanboys back up their overpriced Toyota's with bullshit made-up crap. One guy on another video told me that Lexus stands for style and innovation. I nearly laughed my ass off when I read that comment. Lexus and style? An ES350 is stylish? LMAO! And Lexus and innovation don't belong in the same sentence. You want innovation, both technical and safety? Go to Mercedes. Hell, brands like Citroen and Renault had and have more innovation that Toyota/Lexus!

  • @jakemiller5000 Well okay, I guess that's your idea of it.

  • @AudiABTr8

    1) Lexus has raised prices and is in some cases more expensive than their rivals

    2) Audi's are not rebadged VW. They use VW platforms, engines and transmissions. Some Lexus are Toyota's with a Lexus badge (GX, RX, LX...)

    3) I don't see how the LF-A will make Lexus any better. It's an impressive car but Lexus lacks the cars that matter like a Z4/SLK competitor, an estate IS/GS, fuel-efficient engines for their lineup etc. Lexus to me is a big mess of pretentious crap. No offense.

  • @jakemiller5000 You forgot one detail. Lexuses, while more expensive than Toyotas, are still less expensive than rivals from BMW, Audi, etc. I will agree that Lexus is not a true luxury brand, but Audi is really just rebadged VW's with improved parts, too. BMW is not the same, but Lexus is still a nice brand, just not full luxury. At least they're starting to do their own thing with the LF-A.

  • @AudiABTr8

The ES is based on the Camry chassis and like all Lexus shares buttons and stuff from the Toyota parts bin. Lexus is not a real luxury brand to me. Look at the European and American luxury brands how they started out. They defined what a luxury brand is. Rebadging some cheap Toyota isn't luxury. The car might have luxury features but the brand, Lexus, is just empty and pretentious. Your dad would be better off selling that gussied up Camry and getting say an Audi A6. Much nicer.

  • @jakemiller5000 My dad has an ES330. He got it used off a lease and it's working perfectly. I've been in a Camry before and comparably the build quality is the same but the quality of the materials is so much better. There's also a ton of cool features in there and it works just like it has all this time.

  • Lexus customers and owners to me are complete morons. Paying all this money for an overpriced Toyota. Toyota is laughing all the way to the bank while silly Americans think they're driving a real luxury car. I wouldn't even touch a Toyota after my disastrous experience with my '97 Camry (biggest POS ever). Toyota fanboys make fun of my cars calling them a POS etc. but my cars RAPE a POS Toyota any day of the week. 1985 Pontiac 6000 and '73 Dodge Coronet Brougham. Toyota can go fuck itself.

  • especially when the brakes suck ass

  • Lexus CT200h = Wow, an overpriced and rebadged and slightly altered Toyota Matrix. Lexus - The Passionate Pursuit of Rebadging Toyotas.
