You can holler and rant till your face is blue, that these evil war mongers are not true Christians, but that won't change the fact one iota. Christianity in large part, has caused far more harm and devastation than good. Just another brainwashing organization, Christianity is nothing special. Religion by any other name is still bullsh*t. @pewterbot9 So many things wrong about your statement I hardly know where to begin. There are bigots everywhere, Christianity doesn't have a lock on that. I'd even say we have fewer amongst us than in the secular world. Christ preached forgiveness for all who have sinned. Moreover, any Christian who preaches hate IS NOT a Christian and obviously has a little self-work to do. Therefore, it doesn't apply. Your comments, BTW, scream bigotry to me. It's all about respect, friend. Give it, to get it.

Saw Lessig's observations of the GOP anti-Obama Facebook page (which doesn't allow comments,more GOP fail) and this deceptive video, so I had to check it out. It should be obvious to even the most brain dead (except possibly Palin supporters) that this clip is highly edited. The entire talk from which this was snipped was over an hour. The title says "Remix" it's obvious it's an example of creative use. Do you GOP drones want your ability to parody Obama cut? No? Then you support Lessig!

why no one is mentioning the fact that Obama may had actually sexual relations with this gay professor? there are people who are coming out slowly saying that they had encounters with Obama...also he was remarried before and he struck and mistreated his wife and the campaign is trying to hide the information of his fishy divorce and about who that woman was...

Just to be clear, you guys realize the context in which Lessig airs this video, right? He didn't make it, but took it off YouTube as an example of how people use remix in modern culture. In other words, he's using other people's work to talk about a new vision of copyright, NOT to make a comment on any religion. His TED talk precedes this video with muppet singing anime characters. While potentially insensitive, it's wrong to say he was intentionally defaming religion.
