2 months now off the pole and I missed it TONS.
So back to where I belong :)....

I am practicing the CKR
(cross knee release)
I know I got awhile bit to practice on it but almost there.
I can't get myself back up after dropping for the CKR..
so I got to practice more on strength there as well..
