Austin Police Officer #6421 violates my right to videotape interaction

I was approached by APD #6421 in the parking lot of my apartment complex, after the camera was turned off by the officer I was searched and detained in handcuffs. The officer stated that he was searching me because I smelled like marijuana. I posessed no marijuana. After looking into my background and seeing that I AM NOT A CRIMINAL, I was released. The police officer needs to be terminated. He has no right to wear a badge. The cop is full of BS. No wonder he is afraid of a camera........
