What are the odds on terrorists bombing the exact spots where the British Government were running a drill? probably about the same as terrorists flying jets into the WTC's while NORAD and FEMA were running drills of terrorists flying planes into the WTC's on 9/11.

they were running drills in Boston as well... a bombing scenario of all things...

Listen to what the man says! He was running a drill for a company. He is in the private sector. His client was a company in the City who wanted to practice coping with a scenario like this. He made the scenario up himself with no assistance. It was for a city client, NOT the government!

You can also say that Madrid 11-M happened 1 day after NATO ended a bombing simulation in exactly the same stations that happened later on. 200 deaths. NATO involved in that, no doubt.
