The anonymous company that Peter Power said he was running these exercises for was Reed Elsevier.
Why has it taken so many years to finally know the company that wanted these exercises carried out?? And why did Reed Elsevier demand to remain anonymous?
I believe Power was used..

i don't think he is a liar, i think he was kept out of the loop, he chose the stations, and then the bombing was carried out based on his choices
