We've already spent a week in the Ford Flex - and like it a lot. It's a comfortable, spacious sector-buster which features really interesting exterior design language. The only issue we had with it, was that it seemed to be crying out for a bit more power, and drank fuel (it's not exactly a light beast). So by fitting it's new turbo-charged, direct-injection V6 "EcoBoost" engine to the car, Ford hopes to remedy that. Eric (aka Rumblestrip) finds out whether it's done the trick...

@jlrmywork it is not available on the 2009, just 2010 and newer models.
