i was there and the festival is a big part of the spanish history those bulls don't get killed. And belive it or not the Spainards are very protective of the bulls. A guy got beat up for trying to ride it, the idea is you show your bravery by being able to touch the bull and still restect it. It was one hell of an experience, for both vegos and animal lovers alike. The crowed cheers when we get smashed by the bull, they are on its side

Sorry to tell you but all 6 bulls die every night during the bullfights. Thats why they bring them to the arena.
