@justkallmekai In section 6.05 of the MLB rule book, it states the once the batter puts the ball in play, he must beat the ball to the bag. This means that if he is not at the bag before the ball he is out. Since getting there at the same time means he didnt get there before it, hes out. hence tie goes to the runner isnt true
