Michaela Gleave '7 Stunden Ballonarbeit/7 Hour Balloon Work'

'7-Stunden-Ballonarbeit/7 Hour Balloon Work' was a durational performance streamed live from my studio in Berlin to the Oxford Art Factory in Sydney on the 10th July 2010. The performance involved the continual blowing up of balloons throughout the seven hour event, gradually burying myself in my own labour before simply popping them all and leaving the room.
