Republican Study Committee Chairman inquires on the House floor as to why members of Congress were given mere hours to read the 1,100-page non-stimulus bill before a vote was called.
The Speaker replied that Democrats waived rules requiring sufficient time to read the text in order to pass the largest borrowing-and-spending bill in American history before the long holiday weekend.

Yep, It shouldn't be of any surprise when one day the people rise up and use their natural right of revolution when all legal means of altering or abolishing their government are exhausted.
