Cyclist could've stopped @ Mentone Lifesaving Club. I'm guessing you had staked out that POV, looking to catch cyclists endangering folks... And this is all you could come up with? It's impossible to reasonably get "disrespect and intimidation" from this video. This is purely a case of you finding what you're looking for.
