CrossFit Total: 3 attempts to establish a 1-rep max on each of three lifts --
Back Squat, Press, Deadlift.
This is Rusty's first Total, and his third time performing each of these lifts.
He gets 255 Squat, 155 Press and 285 Deadlift.
