@N3wEra4Eva in my kwoon the katas/forms are concidered the textbook of our system. All techniques, strikes, kicks, blocks, stances are in the katas/forms. If you master the forms/katas then you can master the style.
As for this video I really liked that form and thought you did a great job. What style does this form come from. I study Shoalin Kenpo and Hung Gar Kung Fu.

Man I wish USSD would leave the Kung Fu to the kung fu styles. This looks like Karate with some Kung Fu hand strikes. Not a good thing.
