Its not 100% digital it used analog filtering to clean up the low bandwidth. I believe curtis chips.

what year did you buy this? and how much did you pay for it at the time?

@mrsoundwave I bought this about three years ago and paid, I think, around $850.

Oh' come on, youtube might have compression, but it can still sound hi-fi- it's that crappy mic on your camera. 90% of people showing music gear show stuff worth hundreds of dollars yet they can't invest $24 on a 4 channel 1/4" jack mixer. Run your drum machine/organ/guitar through that, a mic to talk into and then run the output of the mixer to your computer mic/line in.

@paulj0557 Reason for that being I made this when I was 15 and was super excited about just having the Linn so I decided to make a video of it. Didn't exactly want / need to invest in a mixer or anything for that.
