@AyItsJames One reason for taking on something like this is for the fun and challenge of it. Another reason is for the attention it can provide. Some people enjoy one more than the other. These are challenging but provide very little attention factor because of their size. Basically, the difficulty/danger to attention ratio are out of proportion in comparison to boards and other devices. I'm not saying these can't be fun, just I don't think they will ever be as popular because they are small.

The thrill comes from catching air or landing a trick on ANY type of skating. And if you're watching someone skating with these and they look easy from where youre standing, try them out yourself and you'll see how much harder it is than you think.

@AyItsJames My bad. Are there some vids showing these being used in publicized competitions? Maybe I should check those out. Who has won the most competitions, I could look that person up also. My main concern for these is that they are so small. Many of the tricks are barely noticeble close up. I figured they would look unimpressive from the stands at some competition. I looked for some vids of competitions though but didn't find any... if you know of some vids please post. Thanks.

@101perspective There's LOTS of tricks you can do with these, there's still even some that haven't even been made yet. And it dazzles people more than any other skates because of how different they are and how much harder they are to ride. Your perspective of them is narrow, get your facts straight before you say something.
