Their online tutorials suck. They tell you how to use but not how to install or set up. And you cant do much anything about it if it doesnt work

In addition, the comments themselves are nonsensical. You see things like "really, no kidding" out of the blue with no context behind them. Pages will tell you that there is 50 comments on the page but I only see 3 or 4
