East Midlands Parkway (Pt2)

Part 2 of 3. Here we see some more goings on at East Midlands Parkway Station, filmed early evening time. Here we see a DB red shed heading south, with a good few dmu demu units passing through. I've been told that the line speed on this stretch has been raised, also the XC-trains 170's seen here we believe where on diverted services.

One thing i found filming here, was that you'll get moisture spray from the cooling towers of the power station next door. Some form of protective filter for your camera lens recommended.

In the final part coming next, some of the UK's old high speed veterans put in an apperance.

Ah, it's the editing on that part of the video has made the trains appear much closer together than they actually where.
