"My name is Roman. I make coffees, cappuccinos and different types of cocktails. We have different types of coffees from all over the world. Like Brazille, Mexico like Costa Rica. But we also make aromatic coffees, like with hazel nuts with cinnamon, chocolates, double chocolate with a top of cream. We also have different kinds of teas. Forty kinds of teas. Like our many coffees. Green, brown and white tea. Most often ordered are some mixtures. Like Mochachino, Caramelino, Frappuccino."

What is the strangest thing you have on the menu? "Oh, it is called Grand Cafe. It is a very strange one. It is served in a glass. It is not very hot, it is warm. But the recipe is a secret." From six thirty to nine thirty there is also an apperiachina. A light dinner with great drinks. "We have a mix of clientele. We have sixty percent of tourist and forty percent of Florence people."
