"As far as putting additional money in American taxpayer's pocket, that's fine because a lot of this is psychological. A lot of it's psychological.

"Because I believe the fundamentals of our economy is still strong. And it's not absolutely necessary that we are gonna be in a recession. Nothing is inevitable in this world and we can, by getting these tax cuts permanent, by doing a lot of the things that are necessary we can get our economy rolling again."
