What research have you done on this subject that you can speak with such authority? I'm just curious. You're dismissing the work of a woman Dr. who has researched this issue and done comparative analysis and studies on the subject. And you're dismissing it out of hand based on what?

The way someone is brought up can change the way that their brain functions. Not drastically, but there are noticeable differences

This is bullshit. There is no signifcant difference between white and black children's brain functions. While all children develop and behave in very different ways, the hue of their skin has absolutely nothing to do with it. This is a speech worthy of a Grand Wizard of the Ku Klux Klan.
