PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE YOU COMMENT.
One of the labs in the University of Tokyo uploaded some interesting videos several years ago, so I compiled them.
This technology involves neither chroma-keying nor photoshopping but is so to speak "quasi-invisibility" using a specific fabric and projector.

  • Lol green ball

  • Am I the only one who recognizes this music? For those of you who recognize it but can't quite remember where exactly it's from, it's Chrono Trigger. :D

  • watch when he waves the brick in front of his face, you should be able to see his face behind the brick but can not, its a rear projector trick.

  • @eXpOsInGtheDaRk I would have to see it in real life before I believe it, there are already military applications for optical camouflage being trialed in the middle east and a Game coming out in April called Ghost Recon Future Soldier will be utilizing real life prototypes being trialed by the military , you can see the trailer for it here on you tube.

  • @Shaynexxxx Actually it IS real. Here's from an article about it: "Last April, the seemingly impossible task of rendering an object invisible was realized: Two separate lab teams – Xiang Zhang and his lab team at UC Berkeley, and Michal Lipson and his colleagues at Cornell University – released news of the first “Isotropic Dielectric Optical Invisibility Cloak”, a carpet-like fabric that steers light around an object so it cannot be seen by an observer."

  • see the mirror at 0:30? We should see the wood back part of it, not the books in the back.

  • Fake, if any of the 2 firts objects were invisibles, then they should reflect this guy's face, not the wall ... o:

  • If it's made by an Asain.... It's real!

  • Projector

  • That just blew the shit out of my mind
