Jesus needing to provide for himself a "pure vessel" is in contradiction with the very manger he chose to be born in. He was born next to farm animals which defecate on the ground.

Jesus' whole life in the world is anything but being placed in a "pure vessel". The hot Sun beat down on him while he worked in the grime and sweat. If nothing else, his execution involved being spit on and smacked and beaten.

It is better to acknowledge how he humbled himself for us than "pure surroundings".

@highwind8124 Ummm. It seems to me that you are just looking for a reason to not accept what God did for Mary. As far as your reasoning about Jesus being born through a pure vessel and that he was born with animal poop near by, do you realize that the blood of Mary flowed through Jesus' veins where as the poop and everything else in this world is OUTSIDE of Jesus, where as the very chromosomes and life-blood of Mary along with her bodily fluids flowed through the body of God???

@highwind8124 I agree with Sean's answer, I just thought I'd add my two cents to it: Jesus didn't have anything impure or sinful INSIDE of Him: His Divine Nature was obviously perfect and undefiled, and His human spririt, soul, body were likewise undefiled. He humbled to beatings, whippings, torture, spit, animals and their uncleanliness, as exterior things. But His Body through it all was perfect. Where did He get His BODY AND BLOOD from? Hint: she's a beloved person, not a door into earth.
